The goal is to feel calmer, clearer and more in control.

So you can live, love, work and show up as yourself again.

A short message is enough.

How treatment works.

My goal is to find and treat the underlying pattern behind your symptoms, so they resolve as fully and quickly as possible, in as few sessions as I can, while favouring natural and holistic approaches.

A brief enquiry leads to assessment or, when another practitioner is better suited, referral or other care. Assessment leads to either an Integrative Reset or Targeted Treatment. Both routes lead to Review. At Review, treatment may end, continue through either route or move to coordinated referral.
Brief enquiry A short message. I will call you back.
Assessment Understand what may be driving the problem and agree the plan.
Review How fully have the agreed goals been resolved?
No further treatment needed What I am aiming for.
Another Integrative Reset When more intensive work is still needed. Targeted Treatment When focused work is the better next step.
Referral coordinated If someone else should lead.

What the assessment examines.

The assessment begins with a detailed medical history and the full story of what has happened so far. I review your symptoms, examination findings, previous blood tests and reports, and the views of conventional and complementary healthcare professionals who have been involved.

Earlier life is included when it helps explain the pattern. We also look at what has helped, what has not and how you responded.

Because I work across conventional medicine, Chinese medicine and Ayurveda, I can interpret those different clinical languages together. The aim is to understand what may be driving the problem, agree what we are trying to resolve and build the treatment plan together.

If investigation, escalation or referral is needed, that comes first. Otherwise, the assessment leads to an Integrative Reset or Targeted Treatment.

How the treatment routes differ.

Both routes combine clinical tools around one plan. The difference is the depth, session length and whether longer mind-body work is needed.

Integrative Reset

For complex, longstanding or multi-system patterns that need more depth early.

Three weekly treatment sessions of three hours each.

Clinical treatment and longer mind-body work are used together.

Targeted Treatment

For a more defined clinical aim, either after assessment or after a Reset.

90-minute treatment sessions.

Clinical tools are combined around the aim. The longer mind-body component is not included.

Both routes lead to Review.

How progress is reviewed.

At Review, we return to the primary goals we agreed at the assessment and ask how fully each one has been resolved. Symptoms matter, but so do changes in daily life and your sense of balance across mind, body, spirit and energy.

If those goals have been resolved, no further treatment is needed. If more work would help, we agree whether another Integrative Reset or Targeted Treatment is the better route. If someone else should lead, I coordinate the referral.

Become as informed as possible.

You can click any of the labels on the tree that may apply to you, so you feel more confident in the health decisions you make.

Treat the underlying pattern with modern medicine and ancient medical systems together.

Symptoms can look separate even when they belong to the same wider pattern.

In my experience, treatment is usually more effective when the right approaches are combined and used in the right order.

If you believe I may be the right next step, feel free to send a brief enquiry.

The aim is to create change sooner and help it last.

You should also leave with a clearer understanding of your own pattern and what helps you stay well.

Depth by design

Longer sessions give us enough time to understand and treat complex cases without rushing.

That can reduce guesswork, unnecessary spending and repeated treatment without a clear plan.

The tools serve the plan

The combination, sequence and intensity of treatment are personalised to the person in front of me.

If conventional investigation or escalation is needed, that comes first.

Patient partnership

You leave with a clearer understanding of your own pattern and the tools to maintain and build on your progress.

Treatment is something we do together.

Two out of three longstanding problems - completely resolved.

"I genuinely could not recommend him more for anybody that is looking to get to the root cause of their problems. A year on, two out of my three problems have completely resolved. The third one is miles better."
