The pattern needs to be understood first.
I built this method to apply the right tool from the right medical system at the right time to create the specific conditions your body needs to heal safely and effectively.
A conversation first. I want to understand what you've been through.
The pathway.
Fully personalised. Measured from day one. Designed around your specific pattern.
Three hours across three distinct medical frameworks, integrated into one clear plan. The sole purpose is to understand why you are in your current situation - what is driving the pattern and what matters most clinically. Quality takes time. Quality also creates speed later.
Nine hours of personalised treatment over two weeks, after a three-hour assessment. Every session is adapted in real time to what your system is actually doing. The aim is meaningful physiological change - quickly and safely.
The gains from the Reset need to hold in real life. This phase is about reducing relapse, refining the plan and continuing to improve.
Clearer thinking, more energy, more capacity across your work, relationships and every part of your life. This is where health becomes about what it makes possible again - creating meaning and purpose at the highest states of function.
Each system taught me something the others could not.
Alongside modern medicine, Chinese medicine and Ayurveda are two of the most extensively documented traditional diagnostic frameworks.
Conventional Medicine
Conventional medicine gave me the ability to read and critically evaluate modern scientific literature and to understand human physiology at the system and cellular level. This scientific grounding keeps every clinical decision safe, evidence-informed and honest.
It also allows me to apply that same rigour to Chinese medicine and Ayurveda - so I understand them from a modern scientific perspective as well as an ancient one.
Traditional Chinese Medicine
Chinese medicine showed me a completely different way of thinking about diagnosis and treatment - one that only becomes clear when you study it deeply. It taught me how different tools become useful when applied in the right sequence, for the right pattern, at the right time - in a precise way that affects human physiology.
When I combine this with scientific thinking, I can strengthen the clinical results of every treatment I deliver.
Ayurveda
Ayurveda reads the person underneath both: physical make-up, stress response, the way the body has learned to hold or release tension over time.
This is the layer where many chronic cases continue to sit, even after the medical workup is complete and the psychological work has done its job. Reading it accurately is often what changes whether a treatment plan holds.
Precision is what is needed.
The body holds what the mind cannot fully reach with words alone.
The mind-body techniques I use are drawn from Ayurveda and Traditional Chinese Medicine. Breathwork, focused attention, meditation, guided imagery, and rhythmic sensory input.
Modern research is starting to catch up to what these traditions detailed a long time ago: how breath shifts the autonomic nervous system, how focused attention reshapes the brain, how rhythmic input helps the body update old patterns it has been holding.
This can sit alongside any medical or psychological care a patient is engaged in.
Does this create the genuine change the person in front of me needs?
That is the only question. Every part of how I work is built around it.
Fit and safety first
These are intensive treatments. The first responsibility is always confirming this level of care is safe and appropriate for you. If something needs conventional escalation, that comes first.
Measured progress
Sleep, energy, mood, pain, anxiety, mental clarity, spiritual wellbeing and overall quality of life are tracked from intake, using validated questionnaires and reviewed at key clinical checkpoints. At 24 to 48 hours after the first session, I review whether the pattern is actually moving. I measure progress because I am accountable to outcomes.
Depth by design
Sessions are significantly longer because complex cases that have lasted for many years need enough time to be treated properly. There is no other way to create rapid, meaningful change safely.
Personalised treatment
Everything is adapted to the person in front of me. That may include acupuncture, Ayurveda, electroacupuncture, cupping, myofascial work, personalised IV support, nutrition, oils, red light, and mind-body techniques drawn from Ayurveda and Traditional Chinese Medicine. The tools serve the plan, never the other way round.
Patient partnership
We work together as a team. You leave with the knowledge and the tools to maintain and build on your results. Healing is something we build together - it is never something done to you.
Honest from the start
If this is not the right fit, I will tell you directly. If the pattern is not moving, I will tell you that too. The process is designed to protect the patient from false reassurance at every stage.
Clinical context
Written pieces on the patterns behind the method.
For many people, the first useful step is understanding nervous system overwhelm or anxiety-facing patterns; then seeing how unexplained exhaustion, pain or digestion can sit in the same picture when investigations look reassuring.
Two out of three longstanding problems - completely resolved.
"I genuinely could not recommend him more for anybody that is looking to get to the root cause of their problems. A year on, two out of my three problems have completely resolved. The third one is miles better."
Tara
To find a genuine, long-lasting answer, you need two things.
Enough time to understand the pattern. And a way of thinking and treating that addresses what is actually driving it.
